    How long does it take to receive my Text-o-graph?
    Digital files are usually e-mailed to you in 3 to 4 business days. Poster prints will ship from our printing facility in 4 to 5 business days. Canvas prints will ship in 5 to 8 business days after your "proof" has been approved.

    How do I send you my photo and text?
    After you place your order, you will be directed from the "Thank You" page to our upload form.

    Can I have a poster print delivered as a gift?
    Yes! When placing your order, you are asked if your billing and shipping addresses are the same.  If you would like it shipped somewhere other than your billing address, simply provide the correct shipping address. All orders are shipped without any mention of price.

    Do you ship Internationally?
    We accept International orders for digital Text-o-graph files only.  At this time we do not ship poster prints outside of the United States.

    What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit and debit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Paypal.

    Is my credit card information safe?
    Yes your credit card information is safe. All transactions are handled by PayPal on their secure servers.

    The "Design Process" takes 2 to 3 business days at the end of which you we be e-mailed a "digital proof". Poster prints will ship from our printing facility in 1 to 2 business days after your "proof" has been approved. Canvas prints will ship in 3 to 4 business days after your "proof" has been approved. Digital files are usually e-mailed to you in 3 to 4 business days.

    At any time during the design process if you are unhappy with your textograph you can request a full refund. If you order a printed product and there is a defect with the printed textograph or it is damaged in shipping we will have your textograph reprinted or in some cases offer you a full refund.
